"I had a water leak and needed repairs, my insurance company suggested Specialty Restoration. Chris Cantu was great, he stayed in contact with the insurance company, they did great repairs on the wall where the leak was, replacing my floor, painting my living room and bathroom, and rebuilding my vanity. They completed the work promptly and were professional during the whole process. I would recommend them."

"Took the company over 8 months to replace a carpet and redo a back bathroom after a pipe burst. The bathroom had to be redone 4 times. Bathroom counter was coming apart from the wall. They broke the large mirror that was over the sinks and replaced it with two smaller mirrors that were not aligned with the sinks. The shower handles had the hardware glued in and did not function. Apparently they had to fire the first group of guys because the work was so hacked out(Manager's words) The workers entered my garage and used one of my personal tools and ruined it. We found it in our back shed after they said the repairs were completed for the 3rd time. When our furniture was delivered back to us, we are still missing an X Box which they stole and also a large mixer from the kitchen. I am beyond suprised this company is Still open. Do not use them if your insurance company refers them. They must be the cheapest option for the insurance company."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible communication, absolutely no project management or efficiency in any aspect of our project. Our main contact lied to me multiple times about the scope of the job and details included. The worst of everything is they delivered my furniture and belongings back without cleaning my home. My house is filled with dust and dirt and construction debris. They said it’s not our problem. My home is in a worse state now than before they started. Do not use this company!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My insurance company, USAA, had them do a wood floor fix after a leak. The remodel took months longer than promised and it was clear it was sub-contracted out to day laborers that were not trained in this work. During the process my furniture was damaged and it took weeks of back and forth for them to finish the job. Fast forward to a few years later. My dishwasher goes out. When I go to have it replaced it turns out the SRT installed the floors wrong. I have two options - do a full kitchen remodel (open up countertops in order to remove and install new dishwasher) or have wooden floors ripped out in order to remove and install dishwasher. I am furious. The company is trying to ghost me. We are of course in contact with an attorney."

"PLEASED BE WARNED! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! In November 2016, I had them to replace my roof. The 1st thing they did while removing the old roof, was drop a hammer that busted a hole in my ceiling. After constant calling it took two weeks for them to send someone to fix it. However, from November 2016 to April 2017 I had to call every two weeks to have shingles replaced, because every other day shingles were falling off of the house. I noticed when they finished the project there was one shingle missing and the contractor replied "You're complaining about one little shingle"? They never replaced it! Fast forward only TWO years later (February 2019) shingles started flapping in the wind on the opposite side of the house from all of the previous problems. One again I had to have them come out and PATCH up the roof. They told me the reason was "I bought cheap shingles". Now, March 2019 my entire roof is coming off!!! In just two years and I've got to have my roof replaced!!! Please heed my warning...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
