I verified that I could wait and didn’t need to talk to another professional and asked that she call me when she returned. Sure enough Dr. Smith returned my call Tuesday morning. So nice to work with such an efficient and caring staff and this wonderful physician!"

"If I could give negative stars, that wouldn’t suffice in depicting just how negligent Jennifer Smith is. The experience I had was not only appalling, but should have never occurred. I am finally writing this review because if I can help prevent even one person going through what I have, it is well worth it, and the right thing to do. Jennifer Smith performed a DNC in her OFFICE. The appropriate resources necessary for the procedure were not available at the facility. As a result, I endured suffering that was easily preventable. Immediately following the procedure, I was released to then struggle to make my way through the waiting room full of pregnant women, while completely disoriented from just having DNC done. Not only was this unacceptable, it was and still is traumatizing and disheartening to say the least. As if that wasn’t enough, I later encountered further complication, which was due to a massive tissue left behind by Jennifer Smith from the initial procedure. This post is not nearly enough in addressing the horrendous occurrences that took place in this office, but I will rest assured knowing I spoke up about the monstrosity that was performed on behalf of “Dr.” Jennifer Smith."

"Dr Smith has been my OBGYN for 5 years and has taken wonderful care of me for both of my pregnancies (both before and after baby) and I can't say enough good things about her! She is very relaxed and always makes me feel very at ease. She never makes me feel like my questions are silly and always takes the time to explain things very well. She is always very timely but never makes me feel rushed. The office staff at CWHC is just as amazing as she is. They are friendly and always easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend Dr Smith!!"
