"UPDATE! THE PERSON WHO RESPONDED TO THIS REVIEW AND SAID TO CALL IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL VOICEMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. It’s no surprise that the administrative staff takes absolutely no accountability because their superiors could care less! And I’m sure they are very aware of this. BEWARE! This hospital ER registration staff will allow your ex spouse to take your child to the ER and falsely provide all your information even when you’re not present. They take no accountability and see nothing wrong with having tried to bill a prior insurance company I had and leaving me stuck with a lot of bills. THIS HOSPITAL IS THE WORST. They have taken zero accountability for their error and refuse to return any of my calls."
"I’m currently here at the ER and I came in with fever and body aches. My fever had gotten up to 104.4 at home. I took meds and it was 99.4 when I got her so it was going down. I was taken to the back and was swabbed for Covid, Flu, and Strep. About 45 mins of me being in the back I was kicked out of my room back into the waiting area by Daniel ( Charge Nurse) and I feel like my health and sickness was a joke to him. He stated to me “ I’m putting you back in the lobby because I need to see as many people as I can “. Mind you my vertigo and migraines are bothering me. I told them that and when I ask to speak with another charge nurse he came out and said that since the Dr. did order anything else I was placed back into the waiting room. The other charge nurse finally came out and wasn’t helpful either but I’m on to much pain and I’m just gone to wait in the waiting area for results. I feel that I’m being treated poorly and it’s not professional at all. If I could I would definitely drive myself somewhere else but I’m just to weak. This is RIDICULOUS AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE UPPER HEAD!"
"My husband received excellent care during his stay on the 4th floor. The nurses there were amazing, responsive and compassionate. Neurosurgeon Dr. Patel was also incredible. There is no doubt that he saved my husband’s life. If you ever need neurosurgery - trust me, Dr. Patel is who you want to do it. The reason my review is not 5 stars has to do with the extremely negative experience we had when we came to the emergency room. A Dr. Lawrence saw my husband for literally less than a minute, concluded that he had abdominal pain and wanted us to leave. My husband was in absolutely unbearable pain. We tried to communicate this to her, but she would not return to see him again after her very brief visit, (and we were there for more than 8 hours) and wouldn’t give appropriate pain medication because she said, “this hospital doesn’t do pain management.” Had we left, I don’t know what would have happened. We most likely would have had to go to another hospital ER, and we wouldn’t have met the doctor who saved my husband’s life. What was actually wrong was that a tumor was crushing 70% of my husband’s spinal cord. Dr Lawrence got it way wrong. She was nasty, interrupting, unprofessional and clearly not competent for her role. I find myself feeling extraordinarily angry that this doctor nearly sent my husband away. If we hadn’t refused to leave, I am certain that he would be dead. Aside from the frightening experience with this one individual though, we are very grateful for the extraordinary, excellent care my husband received."
"A nurse that helped us deliver our child, Katie, was the best help we ever received. Made our night of labor go very smoothly, and we felt very cared for. My wife enjoys the experience of being a patient here for her delivery."
