He returned on Saturday mid afternoon and stated that he thought when he came on Wednesday that it may have been something else and should have repaired it on Wednesday. Then became aggressive and began arguing with my spouse. Bad mouthed the warranty company that he contracts through (which is highly unprofessional). All was recorded in our Ring doorbell.
