"This office is full of extremely extremely rude people. I have attempted to deal with them on a few occasions and gotten nothing but disrespect. 0/10 would never ever recommend. I returned to modify my review as I see they’re claiming this review is fake. Of course there is no record of them serving me because the rude individuals who answered the phone didn’t bother to ask my name. They simply told me “call back tomorrow. I am sleeping” on one occasion. In a previous occasion, I was cheated out of $400 for a visa because I canceled a booking I made with them. I don’t feel the need to provide my full name here but I will speak my truth and share my review so that others can choose to work with someone else and have the full information about how customers are treated and/or left completely hanging if they have cancellations. Sure… they’ll say my review is fake. But there are several others saying the same thing, so we are all fake right?"
