Called the numbers but could only ring the desk phone that was on the vacant desk in front of me. No explanation more than 24 hours later, no follow-ups. No excuses for ghosting a customer who made an appointment. Go somewhere else."

"I filed my taxes this year with Jackson Hewitt, I normally use turbo tax but I wanted to go a different route this year. My tax preparer was Ms. Athena Courtney (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong) at Walmart on Broadway, yesterday morning. She was VERY knowledgeable and even helped me learn sone new concepts to apply throughout the year. She made me feel comfortable about my tax decision. Lastly she was very professional and on time. I will be back to file with her next year. Thank you so much, again!!"

"I was not given the information for the American Express card advance payment. I did direct deposit and was given wrong information telling me I would know something in 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything and it has now been 5 business days. If the other way to receive my return would have been quicker I would have opted that way but had no knowledge of it. Paying over $600 for the service I would expect precise information. I would like to thank Debbie for informing me of what was really going on and how I was told wrong information by the original person who never even filed for the advance option even though she explained to me how she had. So at least I was given clarification today by someone knowledgeable to what they’re doing."
