Also, they don't ask you anything or even go through diferente situations to get you the best outcome they just try to input anything to get the program to do all the work for them and to get you checked out as soon as possible. No personal tax expertise like they advertised, just glorified data entry. Save your self the time and money and file somewhere else or even online with a free tool since you will most likely get the same amount back without having to pay."
