"Rhoenia is incredible and dedicated several hours to ensure everything was perfect for us. On the other hand, I was disgusted by Barbara Coleman's behavior. I overheard her making disparaging comments, criticizing me for allegedly trying to evade paying my student loans and judging me for needing loans to finance my education. She wasn't even my assigned tax professional, so lacked any understanding of my financial situation. Furthermore, she spoke at a volume that allowed others to overhear easily. When I approached her desk to let her know that I had heard every word, she failed to make eye contact, acknowledge my presence, or offer an apology. What a disgusting person!
