"She took our baggage fee but the airline didn’t have it when we were checking in so we had to pay again. She said she would refund us but gave us the run around for almost 2 months. Last time we tried to resolve this she was rude and didn’t let us speak said nothing she could do and that I have to deal with my bank. Do yourself a favor just go elsewhere"

"Horrible experience, the lady was so unprofessional. When we went inside, she would leave us to talk on the phone, she guaranteed our tickets were safe until December due to coronavirus and instead, when we tried to claim them, she said the airline said they could not and so we lost $2000 on flight tickets because we placed our trust in her and took her word for it. Now she claims she has no power over the fact that the airline changed policies, but she reassured us, 3 times, our tickets were going to be valid until the end of December, it is only July now. Please do not trust this establishment, the lady picks and chooses who she wants to help and blames others for her unprofessionalism."
