"Five stars for honoring previous work. They came out about 6 months ago to fix a garage door that fell off its track. Fixed no problem, but 6 months later, it fell off the track again. Came out and fixed it at no additional cost."

"We just had one of the repair men come out. He said he could take care of it for $250 .. We said ok. Then he added another $595 above the $250, saying the motor was bad in the garage door and we needed a new one. I expect a professional to give me all the information on what is needed and let me decide what i can afford, not add charges on as he goes . Dont call this company, they just want your money."

"We had a great experience with the purchase and install of this company, however they will not honor their warranty and do their best to get out of it. I do not recommend using them solely based on their customer service after install and warranty. Their technicians are rude, unprofessional and care more for their bottom line than their customers."

"Veteran’s garage Just had my garage door opener replaced. Called or texted several companies and Veteran’s garage door was rated the highest of all the companies listed or called. Their tech’s name was Martin and he was thorough and friendly. He did a great job and replaced the entire unit including the track in about an hour. Called on Wednesday and he was out by 10:00 on the next day. The earliest anyone else I talked to could get out was Saturday. Great and fast service! Surprised that when I asked for estimates veterans was also the cheapest. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable service. I will definitely use them in the future."
