"Acima did a great job. Very informative and precise. However, I do not think I'll be back to Liberty Tax. I've been a customer for 6 years straight. I was charged a total of $1100 for tax prep and book keeping in which I did most of, and only received $988 from $2457 the rest after $300 loan was all tax charges. My guy used Ashley and was charged way less. It's something that can be manually changed (I've done taxes myself within the last 3 years). I made no fuss at all but just beware to ask because $941 to do my taxes and $150 for book keeping is crazy"
