"Our house flooded in May of 2018. Our Insurance adjuster recommended Freedom Recovery Services. They were awesome with the clean up. So we decided to go with them for the rebuild too. We had tile put it, new cabinets and countertops, and quarter rounds. 3 weeks after we gave them the last payment our granite bar cracked. I called and texted the owner no reply. They did not move our appliances to put the tile in so now I cannot get my oven out to clean under it or my dishwasher. They put backsplash around the bar and there is a two inch gap between the bar and backsplash, I can fit my fingers in it. Also there is grout on my kitchen wall from the floors and I was told they would clean it up, again nobody has ever come by or even just called or text me back! We were told that we were getting amazing high quality custom built cabinets. Our island cabinet drawers keep falling out. I looked in there and the tracks were not screwed in just sitting on wooden blocks And the back side of these Baileys that you can see it a piece of stained plywood. I am no contractor but this seems like careless work. I am very disappointed."

"My house flooded due to a washing machine leak 2 days after Thanksgiving. I was reluctant when my adjuster sent in someone that was so far away and that I didn't know, but I must say, this company is awesome. Joey Normand showed up the first day and informed me of what would need to be done, most likely. The next day, his crew showed up and told me that I would have to be out of the house for a while. Warren Smiley and his crew then proceeded to dry out my house, start the demolition process, packed up all of my belongings and moved them to storage. In addition, my adjuster should have been the one communicating with me but not once did he reach out. It was these guys that informed me of how long I would probably be out and how the process would work. It was exactly as they said. I did not use them for the rebuild, but that was only because of the distance factor, otherwise, in a heart beat I would have used them. After my home was repaired and ready for move in, they showed up on the day requested and proceeded to unpack, put away and put my home back together for me. The crew was friendly and extremely professional. I would recommend them to any and everyone. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY!!! Thank you Joey, Warren, Mike and the ladies for being a honest and a hard working crew!!!"

"My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with FRS. Living in an older home, we have had to undergo occasional updates and repairs. When dealing with other companies in the past, we had frequent difficulty with communication, punctuality, and/or quality. I had come to terms with the fact this was something you just have to learn to deal with when in need of this type of work. When we learned we needed to replace our roof, we thought "here we go again!" Freedom Recovery was different from the get-go. They had great communication, called and showed up when they said they were going to, gave a detailed estimate, all workers were professional and skilled. "Our house flooded over Memorial day weekend and we were out of town. When we called Freedom to rescue us from this nightmare they immediately went to work for us. Dan Trent, one of the owners, was so helpful from the very beginning! He worked directly with the insurance company to be sure everything was settled correctly and nothing was missed. (although our insurance company was great as well!!) This is a turn-key service so we didn't have to worry about finding a general contractor, shopping for the best prices for carpet, tile, wood, sheet rock, paint, etc. AND we didn't have to worry about finding honest, hard working laborers who were in our home for the months it took to rebuild! Freedom did it ALL! Jesus Murillo was our G.C. and he was so great to work with! Although busy, he made time to be sure we were safe and sound and then when the rebuild started that we were satisfied beyond our expectations. The quality of work they do is far superior to any in the business! They will not settle for mediocrity and they won't let their customers either. Our home is beautiful and we feel at peace again! While a disaster like this is never fun and this one caused us to lose the entire summer, we would still be living in a hotel and living that nightmare had it not been for Freedom!!
