"The only place they might be better than is gateway... ive been warned to stay clear and i shouldve but im 36 weeks soon and cant find someone else to take me.... if anyone needs a helpful person here though, ask for casey... shes very nice the main 2 drs in room 105 though dont seem very trauma aware despite thinking so... and sadly ruin any chance of me fully appreciating the other staff... this hospital doesnt really communicate well with everyone in the building .... nobody knows whats actually going on... they didnt even know my due date after coming in so many times and tried scheduling me months after for pregnancy checkups ;-; im due in February... not april... and very early February too... theres a lot more but theres still good people there.... just really dislike the personal care bybthe doctors and the lack of proper communication and information between staff both to eachother and ocasionally back to the patient..."

"My personal experience at this office has been horrible. I have had a lot if issues getting in contact with staff members. They have also failed to process my perception refill requests on time more than once. On top of that the doctor was mean and disrespectful. I do not recommend this office or doctor to anyone."

"Life saving care and concerned medical professional staff. I have been a patient of Distinctive Care for Women Ltd for 4 years. I was recommended by my previous doctor that retired. Each and every contact I have had with the office over the years has been above and beyond with regard to my health concerns for both acute and ongoing. When I was having symptoms that I didnt recognize were life threatening and I called the office to inquire, my initial call was with a medical professional staff member that listened intently and confirmed my symptoms which led to my doctor picking up the line to talk to me and she confirmed my symptoms and advised I needed to get to the emergency room. I was admitted and given necessary blood transfusions. I had a procedure the next day. I received follow up calls from the office in between my visits. I recognize that an ob/gyn office is a busy office and I recognize that many times that may mean I may have to wait to see my doctor. My experience with the medical professionals at Distinctive Care for women stems from my impression of an office that is organized. The office has a system in place that allows them to provide care to women in a personalized and professional manner. Patients health and well being are important and yes you may have to leave a voice mail message. Due to the nature of an ob/gyn office, I can only imagine how challenging it must be for scheduling to account for the unpredictable time a baby will be born vs. being in the office for another patient. I can say that in my experience over 4 years I can only recall one time I had to wait an extended amount of time. Anytime I am waiting to be seen I recognize that my doctor may be reviewing my chart as thorough as she did for the patient ahead of me. I also know the wait means other patients are receiving the same high level of care I have come to expect. That is well worth the wait. I appreciate the professionals at Distinctive Care for Women."

"For your own sanity just stay clear of this place. They may seem nice at first, but you cannot get through to anyone and cannot get answers out of the drs or nurses in a timely fashion. Also the dr was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I wouldn't wish that treatment on my worst enemy."
