John was incredibly knowledgeable about tours, hotels and safety tips. Not only did John keep us updated during the planning process, but he was incredibly organized and made it very easy for us to travel to Italy (even though we haven’t been there before). When we were on our trip, John checked in with us every day and reconfirmed daily tours and flights with both us and the travel company.
