Always check your reservation and confirm as this place only makes excuses and doesn't like to be held accountable for their mistakes. Mistakes happen and can be corrected but when you are rude to the customer and try to blame the customer for the mistake they have made, that is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere where they actually will take care of you and listen to your needs."
