"Was horrified to stop at this rest area at midnight on Sunday. There were at least 50 cars in the lot of cars that looked like they lived there, these were NOT travelers getting some rest as trucks do. There was a homeless person sleeping on the bench inside and another woman with a grocery cart rummaging through the desk at the visitor center. I was too uncomfortable to leave my sister in the restroom alone. As we exited the building, two young men got out of 2 different cars and my sister insisted I lock the doors before I could even start our vehicle. I drove over 2000 miles in the last 10 days and this is the only rest area that presented like this. Very sad representation of Wisconsin!"

"Stopped for a restroom. Restrooms were clean, well lit and safe. Didn't wander around as much as I could of but there was plenty of information about things to do and places to see."
