"Would not recommend that anyone do business with this travel agency. I booked an international roundtrip flight through them back in October 2018. Several months later, the flights I booked were canceled. Flightsbird never notified me or my party of 8 other people of the cancellation and were unwilling to re-book us or provide any other accommodations other than blaming the airline over and over again when they were clearly at fault. The Flightsbird representatives I spoke with on the phone were combative, unhelpful, and spinning their story in circles as to why this situation occurred. Save yourself the trouble and just book through the airline or a verified travel website. This agency has no consideration for its customers and does not take responsibility for its missteps. Worst travel experience I've truly ever had."
