"Preparer wasn't knowledgeable of credits I qualified for. I asked if their was tax credits available for me. He didn't even look to see. He inputted my information wrong and couldn't correct it because he had already electronically sent it. The price for the preparation does not equal the service given."

Figured I’d have a professional help me, and to use them instead of turbo tax. I had Lawana limbrick as my help. From the time I sat in the chair she had a “matter of fact” attitude. She over talked me while I tried to ask questions and was quite rude. She could be better if she learned to listen instead of just talking. If you don’t listen how can you understand what the person is saying. Def won’t be using this unprofessional establishment."
