H&R Block 6261 Highway 6, Missouri City, TX 77459

"They are doing fraud out of this office… do not and I repeat do not give them your information or business. Good Afternoon Mr. Haas, My name is Christopher Edwards and I would like to report the office located Stone rivers retail center 6261 highway 6 in Missouri City for attempted fraud twice. Understand that I am a traveling mentor and teacher and my complaint #’s 18487338 & 18311081. They are trying to send my return to someone else’s bank account and they continue to try although I have proven to be very keen. When I went into the office, while on vacation visiting my grandmother there in Houston. After receiving all of my information they told me that the printers are broken and I left knowing that was not true, that they were testing my patience and that I would have to check to see if it went through knowing that it hadn’t. After reporting the complaint I have not been able to speak to anyone in the corporate office and I continue to be redirected to the office that has and continues to attempt to send my return to another bank account which is not mine! On their last call they tried to give me another tax pro which I assumed would be the end of this whole shenangan, I was wrong . The tax pro told me that someone else’s account information was in place of mine and I corrected her on what the correct information is suppose to read , repeated myself on both the account and wiring information then they rush to get off the phone as they finally upload the information to the app. When they upload the information to the app, the information is still not correct . I ask to speak to the general manager and it’s the same lady who told me the printer was broken on the first day I attempted to file my return. I ask her why do they continue to attempt to steal my very small tax return, she yells at me telling me I’m rude and I ask for her supervisors/managers information she denies me and tells me goodbye. A man shouldn’t have to deal with this in a professional office and I hope I will be heard."
