"This hotel is dirty. I’m not sure the room was even vacuumed. The tub has obvious mold that is covered by a shotty caulking job. There’s stains on the walls that look like bodily fluids. It is NOISY with the freeway being so close and the patio doors not closing properly. The hot water took forever so I took a cold shower. Sink doesn’t drain. I wouldn’t recommend staying here"

"This place is absolutely HORRIBLE IN MORE WAYS THEN ONE! Make no mistake I’m not saying the hotel is horrible but experience was . I was super excited to book this hotel for valentines first I got put in a handicap room , then I was told I was going to have a great city view and I got a view of some trees then to make it worst the next room I got put in the shower and tub water did not work … called the maintenance team guy name Anthony took over a hour to come … he’s there for 5 seconds literally says going to have to move me again … NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY FROM THE FRONT DESK ALL THE WAY UP TO THE SUPPOSED MANAGER “NANCY “apologized for the inconvenience… then they said oh I’ll refund you as if they were doing me a favor"

"This facility is clean, and the ladies at the front desk are friendly, and they try to be helpful, especially, Ashley. The rooms are dated, and could use an update. However, maintenance services are problematical. We went three days without cable, and no coherent explanation as to why. Finally, we were offered and took another room, with assurance that the new room had working cable. NOT. A call to the front desk yielded nada. The botheration is neither worth our time nor our money; we will not patronize this facility again. In addition, and this is most concerning. On our last night at the hotel, we visited the hotel restaurant, and ordered salads and sandwiches. The gentleman actually used his BARE HANDS to prepare our salads. I watched him dip his ungloved hand into the lettuce bowl, and load it onto plates. Unacceptable. We declined the salads. Did I mention we will not again choose this hotel? Time for changes at this venue."

"This hotel does need a little TLC in the rooms. Little things like the bathroom needs a serious update and my door stopper and other items were broken. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Plus the Medieval Times next door is a win I wish I had time to go. The best experience about this property was the staff Aurora at the front desk was amazing. I was coming in for the Cowboys game and she was able to check us in and provide a great restaurant recommendation. When we left Aurora's bright beautiful smile left a warm feeling in our hearts. Thank you for taking three time to really embrace the Marriott way of excellent Guest Service. If I could take her eye for service and above and beyond attitude with me to my staff back home I would. Thank you again"
