"If you don't read anything read this: We will never book a trip without Carol ever again! Admittedly, I was always skeptical of travel agents because I am a bit of a control freak. However, Carol was absolutely invaluable to us! She curated a beautiful honeymoon full of everything we wanted, and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip. As life goes, some hiccups were encountered (through no fault of ours or Carol's) and she dealt with them in an expeditious manner- her response times are unmatched! Additionally, Carol loaded trip details, flight information, helpful links, etc. into an app so we could refer to it whenever we wanted- that app was such an easy guide to all of our questions! I will forever recommend Carol to everyone I meet!"
