"The receptionist who answers the phone for the walzem Rd location seems very unsure on how to do her job properly and sounds like she's always confused on what to do honestly. She doesn't seem to understand or know what she's doing and it's a little concerning honestly. Maybe the office manager needs to properly train her again and ask her one on one what help she needs to do her job correctly."
