"Although I ended up paying back even more to the IRS, my consultant, Mrs. Rhonda Nelson at FT Sam Houston did an excellent job providing advise and taking the necessary time to explain and clarify any of my doubts about taxes, deductions, and new implemented tax rules that I was unware of. She was very kind and attentive. Her team was great also, and the wait was minimal given the fact that it was a Friday three days before the cut off date."

"Rhonda was the consummate professional and worked very hard despite it being very obvious that the location was woefully understaffed. The score is fully because of Rhonda and the other professionals who were delightful and very respectful. If I had to rate this based on their manager then the score would be much lower after overhearing how she spoke to her employees on the phone. I was at the office numerous time to check in and drop paperwork off and it was very apparent how busy the professionals were as they had to turn walk-ins away due to understaffing. Given all that, the staff at this location still worked very hard to help everyone they could."
