"Cons 1. Communication with the host was not personable. 2. The property needs better lighting. Highway 51 has no lights lol it was so creepy arriving to the cabins at nighttime. I felt like the cabin lights should have been turned on for guest who will arrive after sunset. Walking up to a dark cabin was so creepy. 3. Price gouging. I found out after booking hillside havens actually has their own website to book their cabins. My stay was $230 a night , and the website was $185 a night. So don't book the cabins on air bnb just go directly to the website and save. 4. If anyone suffers from allergies just be prepared to have an allergy attack. The CARPET irritated my son allergies he couldn't sleep comfortable 5. Anyone with joint issues be aware the toilets sit so low to the floor , it's literally like your sitting on the floor to use the toilet. It may be a struggle getting up for some ppl. 6. Noooooo Wi-Fi , no security cameras. 7. Better locks for the doors need to be reinforced. Pros 1. The cabin cleanliness was top notch 2. The cabin was so beautiful, and private. 3. Even though I was in the middle of no man's land . I felt comfortable and inclusive. 4. The design and layout of the cabin was very accommodating and spacious. 5. Also enjoyed how every room, including the hallway, had a bathroom . 6. All the bedding and linen was lily white clean!! 7. Full size functional kitchen. 8. Shower water pressure was full blast. The water was piping hot and did not trickle out. Suggestions: Add value to your rental , Wi-Fi, security cameras, portable blue tooth mini speakers, plug in fans (only one room had a ceiling fan) , add lounge seating inside the master suites. (Who likes to sit on a bed to get dressed, lounge seating is needed in master suites lol) , Update the look inside look but keeping the same cabin feeling. Color is definitely needed. Maybe pull up the carpet and add laminate wood flooring. It's 2021 you cancel that basic cable plan with dish . Get Wi-Fi, and bigger smart tvs. The guest can easily log into their Hulu , Netflix etc accounts. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to book DIRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE NOT AIR BNB!!"

"The cabin was nice for a couple. However on the first day we were there we were trying to watch some t. And the lawn maintenance crew came up on the deck to blow the grass off the deck it was a little distracting having someone walking all around with us having g the windows open. Then the next morning the lawn crew showed up before 8 in the morning to finish mowing and on top of that when the guy came across the front of the cabin he turned his head to look in the cabin like he was looking to see what we were doing. All aside from the lawn crew not being very respectful to guest being there the cabin was very nice and clean. It was a little disappointing that neither of the fireplaces worked. I would recommend to anyone into vineyards and wine tasting."
