"Masoyginistic, Chauvinistic, sexist group who will not take care of your financial needs. I contacted this firm to interview them on behalf of myself and my husband for retirement and college investing. I have a bachelor degree and am currently working on my Master's in Business with a focus in finance and accounting but I'm not 100% comfortable doing all my investments on my own yet so my husband and I were seeking a professional who could help advertise us. When they replied to my Emails they put my husband's name first and misspelled my name but I thought it might be a simple error. Once my husband and I started to speak with Paul Renfro from Fox alliance I quickly realized it was not an error. Mr. Renfro kept addressing the conversation to my husband when I was doing most of the talking. When I asked if thier company would be able to match the current rate of return our investments were making, Mr. Paul Renfro misquoted the 20 year average as low 7% on the S&P500 to justify why asking for continued good rates of return was unreasonable. When we told Mr. Paul Renfro our goal was to pay off our house in 7 years so we could aggressively invest for 5 years before retiring, he suggested we keep our mortgage instead and invest more with him. No thank you we want the security of owning our home outright when we retire and paying less interest to the bank and less commission fees to your company. This suggestion was completely in Mr. Paul Renfro's best interest, not ours. Then Mr. Paul Renfro began talking about life insurance and asked how much we have. He asked our household annual income but didn't ask how much we each contributed to the income. Then Mr. Paul Renfro suggested that we should look at getting more life insurance on my husband. Mr. Paul Renfro said because typically the man makes more money. This is when I knew that it was not a mistake that the Fox alliance put my husband's name first and misspelled mine. Mr. Paul Renfro and the Fox alliance are sexists in suits. It would have taken 5 seconds to ask the makeup of our family's income but thier standard setting is to assume, even in 2019, that the male is the bread winner. As it so happens I make more of our family's income. However, it doesn't matter if we were a single income family with just me working, or just my husband, or if he did make more than me. Mr. Paul Renfro's perspective and the operation of the Fox alliance is sexist, chauvinistic and masaginistic. They are more interested in lining thier pockets on your hard earned money and using thier positions to perpetuate thier prehistoric beliefs. Caveat Emptor! Buyer bewar!"
