"I literally had no issues here. I even stayed an extra night. The breakfast was great for being 'free'. The King size bedroom does indeed fit 2 adults and a shorter person. Or that 3rd and 4th person can lay on the couch. There were plenty of food places near the hotel as well. The staff was so sweet. No matter what time of the day."

"My husband and I booked this hotel for our first night in Texas for the air port shuttle and breakfast. I called two weeks advance to try to set up our transportation, but was advised by hotel staff that all we needed to do was call when we land as the shuttle needs 15 minutes. There is no shuttle or driver but they did call an Uber/lyft when we needed transportation, which was very accommodating. Staff overall was nice enough. The breakfast was a standard continental assortment. The neighborhood was not the most favorable. If we come back into town we will be looking at other hotels."

"This hotel is a diamond in the rough. We wanted an affordable hotel near parkland hospital that was also clean which seemed impossible to find. This hotel was cheaper than most nicer hotels (check all the booking websites some deals better than others). Staff was super helpful and nice. Our room was clean , clean towels and dove toiletries provided. Hair dryer, clothing iron, etc all great for business travel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"The good: Room was clean and nice looking The bad: The staff was rude. Every single one of them except the kitchen and housekeeping folks. They were fine. The ugly: We were supposed to have a shuttle ride from the airport... well... nope. My wife did get to talk to someone and told them our flight number and who we are. She wouldn't take down any info but for us to call them... but that didn't work. We called the hotel to get the ride. We got the answering machine and all it did was tell us how good you are.... but after more than 10 minutes we never got to speak to anyone! Fortunately my cousin also flew in but rented a car. I could only guess what would have happened if she had not. Then; yep, that was not all, we were leaving on a Saturday, my mom's sugar dropped and so i went to the breakfast place and it was not open. It was 6am. My cousin and I hadn't realized that breakfast is an hour later on weekends (didn't make sense to me, i mean people are traveling... that's what you're there for) we hoped to get some juice, but the desk person looked as if we were a bother to him and wouldn't see if we could get the juice turned on. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Talk about a crew that absolutely does not care."
