"The lady was nice but she kept getting confused and didn't seem to know what she was doing period I was there for 2 hours or more. Someone else had to show app and help out along with calling a supervisor to answer certain questions and on top of all this, I'm a single mom with 2 disabled children and Only one full-time job and they charged me $400. I would not go to this location or use h&R block ever again."

"The tax pro that helped me his last name was Fisher. When I walked in the lady that checked me in was very nice and polite. But the tax pro that helped me was great. I did the calculations myself and I was expecting only to get back around $6,000 but with talking to my tax pro he was able to get me more money and now I'm expecting a bigger refund of about $6,000 more. Not only that Mr Fisher was very personable very knowledgeable very patient with me he took time to explain any and everything to me to make sure that I understood everything completely and he was just a great overall person. I love h&r block but next year I am definitely going back to Mr Fisher. I genuinely do recommend going here and seeing Mr Fisher I have in the past done my taxes by myself online but I think it's worth it going in person going in person and talking to Mr Fisher and it's great because you never know you can expect to get more money and who doesn't love more money"
