"one of JH tax preparer sneered at me for having been employed a short period of time. told me my daughter didn't qualify as a dependent because she wasn't in college and high school doesn't qualify her. also stated I was only receiving $489.00 in return and I didn't qualify for JH holiday tax loan. making personal expressions having to do with taxes that had me very uncomfortable. JH also stated if they couldn't get you a loan they'd pay $50 he simply was rude and excused me handing me back my documents. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TO HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE. I got a second opinion, the tax preparer did research and I definitely qualified but I couldn't do a second JH loan inquiry because of the previous submission ."
"A one star is more than this company deserves. There were way too many mistakes and not edu on what they wanted me to sign. While I was in there office, I received a txt from JH, about accessing my phone while There. I didn't do it and my phone was blocker from going into my email or on line. When I left the office, my phone worked."
