"Just an unacceptable level of service. I cannot believe the poor quality that they deliver to their clients. They delayed our initial meeting early in the year by a month and then we had to constantly follow up with their office just to get an appointment with their accountant. That appointment took forever to set up and then on the day of the appointment... she shows up late to the meeting by an hour. I actually flew home from Houston early to make our 5:30 appointment with her....only to be met with disappointment. We never heard anything from them.... And to top it off she finally calls us on our cell at 6:25 asking where we where....stating that she called our offices without an answer. Why not our cell phone?
