"I went in after setting an appointment over the phone. I had to set a new appointment once I arrived then had to wait almost an hour after I was told 15min. Once I was finally set up with some one to file my taxes the man, Mr. Walter French, was typing possibly a word per minute with one finger at a time and using a magnifying glass. He had me repeat my information far too many times and it was infuriating. All for him to give me an inaccurate quote on my return. I normally file my own taxes but was going in today for the advance option. After trying to show Mr. French how taxes are suppose to accurately be calculated he still continued to give me a figure that was much lower than I'm entitled to based on my credits and taxes due. Then he tried to blame it on my wife's legal status. I will never attempt to work with this company ever again, it was a huge waste of time and extremely disrespectful."

"The reason I am giving this rating is simply beacuse this is my 2nd year coming to Elizabeth and she is hands down the best. Besides knowing her stuff she knows us and even remembers our last conversations and we litteraly pick up where we left off. We know we dont have to come in to get our taxes done but we look forward to coming in to sit and catch up with her. She makes the environment and H&R Block Great. Thank you Elizabeth!!"

"Very under staffed and horrible customer service. I sat and waited for twenty minutes just wanting to ask some questions. First it looked like it was closed because nobody came to the front desk for a good 5 minutes and when they finally did I was told to fill out a small form and wait. I waited for 20 minutes before finally leaving. Since nobody came back to the front desk in those twenty minutes I announced that I was leaving and nobody said a thing or tried to stop me as I walked out the door. Obviously they were not interested in new clients. Don't waste your time there."
