"Was recommended to this location had an appointment with Cynthia but she was running late that was fine I understand, Helen started on my taxes but was in a rush because she had an appointment, As Cynthia walks in Helen tells her that I was her appointment but tell her to finish my file, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NOW I GET A LETTER ABOUT MY TAXES?, CALL HELEN TO ASK QUESTION ABOUT MY LETTER THAT I RECEIVED AND SHE WAS SO RUDE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION, DID GO TO THE ZARZAMORA LOCATION THERE THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL."
