"Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The place is amazing and it's neat to see new mineral formations developing. It's very open and even someone who doesn't like small spaces can most likely enjoy this. The boat ride is especially nice and relaxing. The hour long tour flew by and I could hardly believe how fast it went there was so much to see including a little underground plant garden. It's a must see."
"It cost how much!?!??! How can a simple mine tour be worth that much money? IT IS!!!!! Wow. What was the best part? Possibly the absolute immensity of the cavern? Possibly seeing the floorboards of the houses above were the roof of the mine broke through to the surface? No, most definitely the pontoon boat ride though an underground lake that would be more at home in the backwoods of Minnesota."
"What a great experience! My wife and I took grandkids age 5 and 7 and we all had an amazing time. Our tour guide Shawn was very personable and knowledgeable, and was great with the kids. Incredible history, incredible sights, one our favorite places in Missouri. You should go!"
"Very cool place to visit. Very easy to book tickets online. Tour takes about an hour you do have to walk down and up stairs so people with mobility issues just take note. The cave is beautiful and very cool. The tour was informative and the tour guide was very nice. Just wish the boat ride was a bit longer."
"My husband and I took our 3 kids here today. We booked the last tour of the day and despite this, our group wasn’t rushed, the tour guide Levi was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the mine. It’s very kid and adult oriented and just an amazing all around experience! It was worth every penny."
