"So I've known Tasha for a while and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but baby let me tell you!!! First Off she's VERY inconsistent with communication..i can't tell you how many times i had to chase her down just to see if my taxes had been submitted.. Yes, she'll claim to get you back a good amount of money but definitely under false preteneces! She never Reported my full income so now my husband and i owe the irs.. she claimed she would submit the correct documents to fix it but never did! She also charged us $1400+ to file our taxes.. Since we owed the irs from 2019 taxes she messed up as well, she didn't get her fee either so months later she attempted to take the $1400+ out of our bank account without telling us but i had my bank block the transaction..i have Reported this tax service to the irs and i BEG you all to NOT USE THIS LADY!!!"

"DO NOT go to Tasha to file your taxes! I was referred by a friend and deeply regret it. It sounds great at first because she will get you a lot of money on your refund but it’s just a matter of time before you get audited. The entire experience is horrible. I made an appointment and she was over an hour late! I was waiting in the parking lot like an idiot for over an hour! Apparently she does this to most people. Between running this business and having to handle her 13 kids, she obviously cannot juggle both. Anyway, after the initial appointment, take informs me that future appointments will be through zoom. I made numerous appointments through zoom and she never showed up to ANY of them. She didn't answer phone calls, texts, emails….it’s impossible to reach her. You can’t leave messages because her voicemail is either not setup or it’s full. To this day, almost a year later, she’s still not communicating with me. I got audited because she failed to report my entire income and she said she would be able to help. She went as far as saying it’s normal, it always happens, 10% of her clients always get audited, blah blah blah but that she would be able to clear it all up and I would end up owing nothing. Well that was another lie and she disappeared on me for MONTHS! I finally got a response from Kirk, who told me my audit response paperwork was submitted by Tasha. He gave me a date and time! When I got another letter from the IRS saying there was no response, I called them and they said nothing was submitted to them. So not only is Tasha unprofessional, unreliable and down right irresponsible, her and her business partner are both liars. Now I owe the IRS almost $12,000 and guess what? Tasha is nowhere to be found! All of that doesn’t even begin to cover just how truly horrible doing business with this lady is. There’s more details but I’d need to write a whole book to cover it all! I had to go through all of that while pregnant. The amount of stress I went through cannot even be measured in words. There was so much frustration that I couldn’t even begin to express it all on here. The complete lack of communication and disregard for her clients is downright disgusting! Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this person at all costs. She should not be allowed to conduct business anymore. You will 100% live to regret it if you use her services."

"I saw Tasha on 2/25. My taxes were never filed!! I sent an mail at the end of March and was told by Kirk I would get a call back in 48hrs or less. That never happened. After that I called, email and left messages on her website with no response. After several emails I got a notification that she was in maternity leave. Till this day no one has called me or emailed me back. Waste of my time. She had me in that office for 4 hrs. Very unprofessional!! I eventually had to file elsewhere."

"Attempted to file my taxes with Tasha last week while I was out of town. Since then, I haven’t heard any confirmation on whether or not my taxes were filed. Multiple attempts have made to reach out through both email and phone but her office never picks up. All I ever receive are automated emails talking about her going on maternity leave. I’m completely in the dark and just wish she/or her assistant could spare me 2 minutes for an update."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of business. The front office staff doesn’t do anything but respond to text saying they’ll pass the message to Tasha. They miscommunicated information frequently and were never on the same page. I sent over all documents requested and was told things still weren’t received. I waited days each time for any type of response. After never speaking to a soul on the phone nor meeting anyone in person, I finally pushed the issue and all of sudden Tasha was available for a zoom call. She answered the call rudely, told me different information, told me she hadn’t received certain things I sent and proceeded to show me bulging files of paperwork regarding her workload so that I would Understand that her lack of professionalism and ability to get her job done should be overlooked. One person can only do so much and if there are that many clients maybe she should bring on another tax advisor instead of allowing the quality of work to slip. Once I spoke to her she sent me a quote of what I would get back while on the call, just to later advise that it may change again smh so I’m not sure why she would have given me one in the first place. When i asked about the fee to process, she said her clients don’t ask about fees because they go to her for her quality of work and the fact she uplifts people lol... which is a joke given she does taxes, not charity work and she was RUDE as ever. She then told me she doesn’t charge a fee but takes 25% of what the bank charges to file which is odd being that the bank only charges when an advancement is requested, which I did Not ask for. She tried to tell me I was Looking for someone to point the finger at when I just Wanted my taxes filed simply!! It doesn’t take days to submit a return PERIOD. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and literally ruined my day! I backed out and will never attempt to work with her again. Customer service is not at all a priority for this company and it’s a shame! Another review left on the Better Business Bureau review page so I know I’m not crazy: “Tasha, the person who runs this business is extremely slow. She overcharges for tax services, doesn’t give you your paperwork and hits you with all kind of fees. I would not use her services ever again!”"
