"In The Colonnade location, last year I waited an hour before they saw me even with an appointment. This year I had an appointment for 4pm and I still wasnt seen for 50 minutes so decided to cancel my appointment and make an appointment in another H&R block location. Shouldn't you get seen some what soon if you had an appointment already? I even rushed to get here on time and still had to wait. Waste of time."

And was really good about breaking stuff down and making it easy to understand. Also I can't remember the receptionist name, but she was super nice and friendly too.
