"Unorganized! They lost my documents and were in such a hurry that they made a massive mistake on my return. I discovered it and had to contact IRS to amend my return. I was owed $700 and I still haven't received it.....because the tax "pro" had no idea what they were doing. Find another location. And because they're seasonal....good luck trying to fix this on your own, they'll be closed once you realize this. But they'll be happy to take your $$$."

"The lady that helped me was very polite and helpful. She was nice. But, I don't think she helped me get the max refund. The communication between us was straight forward and I wasn't asked additional information to see what else I could do to increase my refund, if even possible. Lastly, it was too costly service... I paid 125 for just one simple tax preparation. I only had one w2 and it was very basic. No questions were asked to see if I could get more. I saw what she was doing and all of the information needed to do the taxes was in the w2, it was a straight forward process, and paying 125 seems too much for something I can do at home for free since all the info I needed was on the w2 and the other questions were a yes or no format."
