"Absolutely the worst tax preparation place I've ever been to in my 47 years of life. I was charged almost as much as I'm gonna get back to prepare a simple return. I wasn't told I'd be paying $500 for an $1100 return. A month after taxes are being processed mine hasn't been. Never did I have to wait 2 months for a return when going to a tax preparation place. These guys clearly have no idea what they are doing when it comes to income tax returns. Run away while you still have a return coming!!!"
