"I'm really disappointed this year with H&R block they took half of my money with the ridiculous fee they charged. If people aren't getting that much money back the fee should be way less I feel like H&R takes advantage of the poor and it ain't right especially being paid minimum wage. This year I didn't get paid that much at all and H&R block takes a big chunk of your money whether you're getting a little or A lot. I feel like they should charge the rich not the poor smh. I've been coming to ya'll since 2005, and I won't be ever coming back. Mrs. Nettiestine was my tax specialist and you could of did better you didn't care at all She told me to do my own taxes and I don't know how to do that and I'm not."

"Because i wanted too get my taxes done correctly..the check in front desk she was very helpful showing me full details and options before talking to tax representative.wait time was quick not to busy it late in the tax season waited about 5 minutes as for the prices she help me with that. thank you so much. But as far as the regular price $139 that pretty high for me .the last time i remember doing taxes it was about $40 i really didn't know it skyrocketed that high.i been doing taxes my own for years. And for the tax representative she was kind person very helpful"
