"I cannot remember a time when I have had a more frustrating customer service experience. The people I worked with were very nice and respectful, but extremely unresponsive. The website was also very frustrating. I was first asked to pick a representative from a list on their website and after a week and a half of no response to phone calls and messages I found out that person was no longer working there. Then I was assigned to a second person who was supposed to call me back that day; I did not get a phone call. Finally I was able to work with a 3rd person who would sometimes call me back. I ended up having to go to the office without an appointment to get a response. I will never use H&R Block again and I do not recommend it."
