"If you want an Agent to tell you what to do and when to do it, then this is the place for you. If you need help and service with your tickets, then DO NOT come here. Razija (Zia) only talks about how she has 20 years of experience and nothing else. She doesn't answer any questions you ask her, she provides general answers that have nothing to do with your booking and so she just tries to confuse you. She will abandon you when you need an Agent the most because when I asked for a refund, she told me that no refunds are being issues. When I told her that under my Airline's (KLM) policy, I qualify for a refund, she began to discuss Air Canada and Croatia Airline policies. She finally told me to contact the Airline directly for a refund saying that my reservation is with them. I called the Airline and they told me that the funds for refund are with her and that she needed to initiate it, but she disagreed. Now, nobody knows where my money is, but I gave my Credit Card to Zia to process. Zia asked me not to contact her as she cant help, but she processed my payment. When it was time for Zia to actually help with something, she told me not to call her. This is the worst experience I had. The purpose of an Agent is to manage your booking, not just book and walk away. I typically handle my own bookings, but wanted to contribute to a minority owned business, but this is what I get in return. A scam!"
