"Horrible customer service. Jeanine on the front desk is extreme rude and unhelpful. I have been doing my taxes with h&r block since last 2 years. This year I decided to upload my documents online. Have been waiting for an update from my tax pro since last 10 days and no response. Have been calling the front desk everyday for the last one week and I get the same response - "We are going to leave a messgae with your tax pro and she will get back to you". Finally when I told Jeanine that I have been getting the same response for the past one week, she said the same thing again and hung up on me"

"Karen was absolutely amazing, I definitely recommend you request her if you go to this location. She was kind, accommodating, and took time out of her day to help us without an appointment. We were completely satisfied with her service. Her supervisor was dreadful, and was extremely rude. When we walked in, he immediately told us we needed an appointment, then went straight back to his desk. He then proceeded to berate and raise his voice when speaking to the customer he was working with. He then attempted to justify his behavior by blaming the customer when she did nothing. She spoke to him calmly even when he was awful. It was embarrassing and extremely upsetting to watch. I tried to get his attention, but the customer ended up leaving after he rudely asked if she wanted him to finish her taxes. He was unprofessional and a sad excuse of a supervisor. I will be making it a point to leave a review on every possible platform that I have access to. Again, 10/10 would recommend Karen to everyone I know, but her supervisor should be terminated."

"I usually file my taxes with H&R Block and was expecting a friendly agent at the belt line road office as well. But the agent was very rude from the beginning. The tone was not welcoming at all. Initially I thought that the elderly gentleman might have had a bad day and hence was tolerating it. But it grew worse every minute and at one point I was just waiting to get up, collect my documents and leave. Finally he said that my 1099 has a lot of work to be done - at least 2-3 hrs of work and that it will be 300$ more just for the 1099 ( the return itself would be around 600 and he was insisting the fee would be 300$ for 1099 alone). Finally I grabbed this opportunity to say good bye and left."
