Everyone in the office was so kind and accommodating, and it was evident they cared about our clients, especially the caregivers. Every home I went into, I was always impressed with the caregivers I met before and after my shift. They went above and beyond to provide for clients by ensuring excellent care past the usual medication reminders, ensuring the house is clean/daily tasks are always met, ensuring the client’s hygiene, health, and comfort needs are met, facilitating a safe environment, etc. Many clients I had the privilege of working with verbally indicated that they always looked forward to our caregivers coming based on a human-connection standpoint.
