Instead of attempting to do my taxes, she took me to a more experienced advisor - I greatly appreciated this. The process was smooth, partially I'm sure because I've been using H&R block for years. Had to end up going to the one in Arlington on Division St for a second look even though it is farther away because they do things right and make it easier for us to understand. This rep in Irving on Shady Grove has the same basic knowledge that I have and for the money I payed I could have done it for free on Turbo Tax instead."
