"Last November, I reached out to Susanna Haner to help file my back taxes for the past few years. She certainly talked a great talk, telling me all of the things that she could do for me, from filing in NY and CA (where I also resided) to obtaining a transcript of all of my reported wages so that I did not have to go back and collect all of my former documents. Talk is cheap. In six months, this woman never e-mailed me once. We played phone tag a bit, but she did absolutely nothing but waste my time. When I e-mailed her to communicate that I understood that she may be busy, and that I could have someone else take care of my taxes, but asked that she at least send me my transcript, she didn't not even respond. Not a single e-mail. I wish I had more to say, but aside from the original meeting where she said what should could do for me and had me sign over rights for her to be able to access all of my information, I never really heard from her again."

"Jennifer Sanders failed to answer my question over the phone while I was talking she talked over me, reported that they are short staffed. Jennifer Sanders informed me, “I’m going to politely hang up on you” which she did. When I filled my taxes yesterday In the store there was no greeting when I walked in told other customer in front of me that there is a wait, customer in front of me walked out! I should have followed him! I told her I had a appointment with Stephen Stehling at 11:00am, however my wait for him was almost an hour. Deceptive tax preparation fees which totaled 500.00 . Called manager Alisha Rodriguez and she reported that is not how we’re supposed to treat customers, however she was the same way talking over me and not addressing my concerns about high deceptive tax preparation cost. She also was rushing me off the phone. This store has poor communication skills, customer service skills, and the bathroom is nasty! I will never file taxes with H&R Block again! I will do they myself! I also reported them to the IRS!"
