"The staff is personable and very helpful. Front desk staff go above and beyond to assist you, to include rescheduling diagnostic testing to expedite the process. The audiologist, Ms. Jackson is very kind and thorough. The nurse that assisted in my exam helped put my nerves at ease and made the whole process less intimidating. The provider, Mr. Childress, was also very kind and thorough, explaining everything that he was doing and what was being sent up. The staff as a whole made my experience excellent. Thank you to all QTC Murchison staff!"

"I actually had to report the Dr there before. She was extremely rude and ignored me throughout the entire VA comp exam process. She even at one point after I didn’t here what she said (because of my hearing loss) removed her glass, took a deep breath and repeated herself to me as if I were a child. After she was done with me I told her “Have a great day.” She then rolled her eyes at me and said “Yeah, you too.” The first time I was there all they did was talk to me and did not one test. I am now trying to change my next benefits exam asap. As soon as I saw the address they provided with my appointment, I was like “Nope”"

"These people are just stealing money from the Government. They suppose to conduct examinations on veterans claiming disabilities incurred in their military service, but 95% of these examinations are poorly conducted or not conducted at all. Then they have the audacity of denying veterans with "copy and paste" opinions and baseless etiology. The Government have to drop these people as contractors. They're causing more harm than good to our veterans."

"Dr. Marible Lee and the staff were great. The front office staff was professional, just a great experience. The Doctors were attentive listened and conducted a though exam. This office experience should implemented to all QTC offices. If your Veteran or service member, Do the folks a favor at QTC, show up on time, early if possible with the paper work filled out. Your only hurting other Veterans and Service member's and straining the staff to get proper exams in. Keep up the great work QTC."
