"My establishing visit with the staff and NP at Texas Urogynecology was truly awesome. All staff were attentive and polite. I left very comfortable in the waiting room. The rooms were spotless and very organized. My personal visit with the NP in the room was even more comfortable. I was coming with several complications, every single issues I had was reviewed and explained, The NP explained of my further testing at my level of understanding... I am truly grateful to have found a amazing specialist."

"The front desk needs better client service! I presented my parking card for validation after a long wait for the doctor. I needed to get going and the front desk person asked me to take a seat, which I did while she talked with another employee. Then she called up another patient and took care of her paperwork. I then approached her again and she said she had patients in front of me and to take a seat. I just needed validation! Told her I was in a hurry but she was not to be bothered. After a 15 min wait I finally got my parking validated. This is an easy fix, sure hope it gets rectified soon."
