It doesnt seem like there is much of a rush to get tax returns done as quickly as possible. This mainly portrayed by the lack of tax pros at the location. Its unrealistic to expect one person to be able to handle multiple returns in a timely manner."

"I thought $261.00 was extremely high to just complete the short form for 2 senior citizens. Cathy was great as usual but when we presented our CASHIERS CHECK to her for our tax payment, she let us know that instead of being able to file our payment electronically, as we planned when we got the cashier's check, we would have to MAIL our payment in and she recommended certified mail. We were shocked that we had to go to these extra extremes when we had certified funds to send IN HAND! It certainly was not Cathy's fault but seems a ridiculous ruling."
