"Dr. Whatcott is knowledgeable, but I felt like just a number. I saw him 3 times from February 2020-June 2020, and he didn’t remember one thing about me. He also lacked empathy for the anxiety one may have after needing a biopsy and then a leep. You also wait in the exam or procedure room for about an hour every visit before he comes in. I thought this was the norm until I switched doctors. I had a leep procedure done, so I have to have a pap every year. I scheduled my appt a year in advance, only for them to cancel on me 3 days before the appt and reschedule it 3 weeks later. That appt I was running late, and I walked in right at their 15 minute deadline that they do not advertise, and they refused to see me, which would be fine, but their waiting room was empty. They rescheduled me three weeks out, and then they canceled on me again. At this point I realized my health was not a priority to them, and I switched to OSF in Ottawa, and that is the best decision I could have made. I saw her in august and agin today, and she was telling the nurse things about me from the first visit. She walked me through everything she was doing and showed empathy for what I was going through."

"Patient for 20+ years. Dr Whatcott delivered 3 of my children (all high risk pregnancies). He is very easy to communicate with, and will discuss any/all concerns, without pressure of rushing you through your appointment. He is thorough, and always smiling. His nurses are wonderful, and the office is exceptionally clean. Highly recommend."

"Went to this doctor for severe pain, abnormal bleeding, irregular periods, and frequent urination. He did a three second (if that) physical exam and determined that all these problems are caused by my weight. I am a little overweight, but I’ve been this weight for years, and these problems are all new. Then, he sent in a prescription to help with my UTI, which he did not test for, nor even mention at the appointment. I wish I could give him less than one star."
