"Fraudulent company. I did hire them a couple years ago to reduce my property tax liability and I paid the bill they sent. The next year I receive a bill and did not hire them and I still paid it. This year I received a letter that they were unsuccessful in reducing the taxes so I scheduled an appt and took comparison to the tax office myself. I was there 6 hours plus and I got them reduced. Do you know I just received a bill from this company claiming they were now successful in getting taxes reduced. No I was successful not you and the audacity to send me an almost 300 bill then when I call and let you know you have the nerve to ask me to send you MY signed copy I got from the tax office. No ma’am obviously you do t have your copy and instead of admitting fault they act like it’s normal. Be aware. You are better off disputing the taxes yourself than dealing with these people."
