"Good service but slow in response. Faxed my information into the office 01/20/20. They indicated they did not receive it when I called 01/22/20 so I mailed in a copy. Received a call on 02/03/20 indicating the return was being processed and the forms would be mailed to me for signatures. The forms were not received by me until 02/13/20.I signed and returned them the same day, mailing them Priority Mail next day service.When I initially contacted the office, prior to 01/20/20, I explained my need to expidite the process."
