"Lorretta parks has done my taxes for years . I love this lady . She explaines how to get bigger refunds and showed me how I should be doing my w2's. I will always come back as long as she is there. "Chris is great. On your scale of 5 we could have given her a 9. We started with H&R Block in approximately 1968 or 1969. To our knowledge, only 2 or 3 appointments were not with Chris. We can safely say that we have always been more than satisfied, or we would not have been back year after year, after year. We did skip a year, because at the time H&R Block allowed smoking in their offices. But that was changed - thank you very much. Chris is a huge asset for you company. She was with us in our early marriage (1966) and our appointment last week. She was with us when we had only two W2 forms and then we had a company, with many forms and beyond. We would appreciate it if you could do something special for her. She certainly deserves the acknowledgement. She even hears the questions we don't even know to ask. Thanks for listening, Al"
